It's an incredible effort and this is the first video I've seen to show the boat chaos (4.05min) it's hell. Adam's board shape is very different to a Sup you have to stand on . The bottom is so round he can barely sit on it at the end of the race. Pretty cool video showcasing the race and the lead up to it.
M2M second video dock start from the boat on a 4-0 prone again another great video showcasing the race. Adam always does such amazing videos and this show's the best I've seen of the start of the race. It was a great effort by the Flitelab crew to build a board and foils in just 6 weeks for these races and for Adam to do it with basically no training.
I think I'm more impressed with those 2 firsts than any of the other main racing.I am jealous of the little prick though , who gets to do all these foiling adventures and not be tied to a job or work.
Yeah it was a big call on the M2O he wasn't going to do it because of the distance but he went for it . Huge call . He does have a good clubbie background and was a lifeguard for many years but still an incredible effort .

Yep Adam is a weapon also a great Surfer I did a few summers with Adam on the Beach, Adam's a Legend. & his brother Ibis e.g. Chris is also a Great Surfer watching him come through the ranks when I was working for Surfing Queensland also made a few finals at the Burleigh Single Fin. Ibis like this brother Adam is also a weapon on the Prone Foilboard.
I can't believe he chose to rock start off the boat at the starting line knowing that there is no possibility of ever coming down or falling during the 30 mile race. Is dockstarting off a boat even allowed by the rules anyway? What do the rules say about having help from your boat if you do come down halfway and need to get going again? Its a cool stunt I guess, and with such a new sport, let's push all the possible directions to see where things can go.

We have a crazy local WA bloke (Will) who did a prone downwinder down margs way last year without any boat support, long way out, in some seriously powerful bumps and sharky as hell waters. Now that's nuts!
some of you may know him - top fella - but one crazy ass MF!
