Stand Up Paddle

About Me:
I'm a damaged cyclist looking for a way to strengthen my core so I can get back on the bike, gym work drives me nuts so figured SUP fits the bill, so looking for likeminded people relatively close to Hunters Hill to hook up with and keep it entertaining. Will need to get a board and paddle as well so any advice greatly appreciated.
