Cat Fishing in Alabama

Not your average 'Cat' fishing...

Over in the US, catching Catfish is extremely popular in the south, but when these two blokes were out on the river, they never expected to see this! No joke, they were actually out there targeting catfish, when a kitten (the furry, paw licking kind) paddled up to their boat. Just cat-paddled up to the side, meow'ing away before the fisherman picked it up and put it in the boat. While watching in amazement as the cat shook itself off like a dog, they noticed another one jump off the riverbank and paddle towards them. It too happily got in the boat after shaking itself off.

"Is this not tha' craziest thing i've ever seen?" Said one of the anglers in a thick southern accent. "We're out here tryin'a fish and there's a cat swimmin' out here towards the boat because some jackass pro'ly put 'em out here." While swimming cats are not unheard of, the act is most definitely rare, and most likely brought on by being left in the wild by an irresponsible owner who couldn't handle their cats kittens. Watch the video to see for yourself as these swimming cats paddle over to a fishing boat in Alabama.
