Free Fishing Clinics from Fisheries Victoria

;
The boys in green give you some
free fishing tips!

Looking to get yourself, or the kids into fishing? Have you tried, but never catch anything? There’s a clinic for that, and with such experienced guides, you’re guaranteed to catch more than a rusty old beer can next time you drop in a line…

Fisheries Victoria is hosting four ‘come and try fishing’ clinics in Gippsland during the upcoming school holidays. The two hour clinics are an interactive, fun and educational way for people to learn about fishing techniques, bag and size limits, water safety and sustainable fishing.

Bait and educational material is supplied thanks to Fisheries Victoria. All you need is your own rod and tackle. A Fisheries Education Officer will be on hand to provide the skills, local knowledge and advice. Children must be supervised by an adult.
