Register now for the 2015 Australian Nationa

The Olympic Formula kite racing class is attracting younger racers like Manni Bishop from Western Australia and young Townsville local Scott Murray. Scott is only 12 years old, and is training up to represent Australia at the 2018 Youth Olympics. The wind in Townsville is expected to be 20knots from the East with warm 28 degrees water temperatures. The organizer Marvin Baumeister-Schoenian is looking forward to a great event. It is the perfect time to hold the Nationals as most of the Nationals participants are staying in Townsville for the final stop of the Kitefoil Gold Cup. The Kitefoil Gold Cup is to be held from 8 to 12 October and will feature the best racers in the world, including current world champion Johnny Heineken and Formula World Champion Maxime Norcher. The fleet is stacked with 35 of the worlds best hydrofoilers. REGISTRATIONS ARE STILL OPEN FOR THE 2015 AUSTRALIAN NATIONALS EVENT
