Full Time SURF & SUP Sales Rep
A rare opportunity in the action sports industry to become a Full time Sales Representative for (NSW & QLD Territory).
Aroona distributes SURFTECH and NSP, both internationally recognised brands. SURFTECH and NSP have grown into globally recognised brands from humble beginnings 25 years ago. You will be a natural relationship builder, passionate about our brands and sports in general. Ideally from a Surf and SUP background you will have previous experience maintaining and servicing a territory. Travel is a large component of the role therefore the ability to work independently, efficiently and autonomously is critical.
The successful candidate will be highly driven with an ability to manage a wide variety of responsibilities;
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness to retailers on all issues by ensuring frequent and regular visits and communication by email and telephone.
- Process orders, warranty claims and handle general enquiries.
- Support and develop relationships with marketing partners including media, team riders, schools and other ambassadors.
- Attend competitions, demo days and other promotional events in coordination with our local retailer partners.- Provide staff training support to retail staff to improve their knowledge of our products and procedures.
The successful candidate will have;
- Passion and energy for watersports in general, especially Surfing and SUP. - Solid foundation of product knowledge in Surfing and SUP sports. - Sales experience, well developed sales ability and general business acumen. - Self motivation, initiative and ambition to succeed. - Exceptional attention to detail and good problem solving ability. - Excellent communication and good computer skills.
Competitive base salary plus Commission and Vehicle allowance (Own vehicle required).
