Could you REALLY surf your flat screen TV?
Sure. It's not the strangest thing you'll find surfed on the internet, but it's up there!
Bob Hasbrook broke his 58 inch flatscreen, so of course, he thought about surfing on it. The difference between Bobby and the every-day surfer however, is that Bobby actually made it happen. He paddled out and had a session surfing his TV.
But is it real?
Some say it's a completely different board, painted black and mocked up to look just like its soon-to-be-drowned counterpart. Others say the innards are removed, and it's filled with foam. Others are giving it the benefit of the doubt, and say there's nothing more to this story than an old TV, a ball of wax and a few rolls of duct tape.
