This 'aerial surf showreel' is the future. No really, this is what surf movies are going to be full of for years to come. With the cheap-as-chips drones on offer these days, photographers aren't scared too send 'em out into the lineup, anyone over the age of 8 can fly them, and above all else (see what we did there?) - everything looks better from the air.

Eye in the Sky Visuals are just one of the thousands of aerial photography startups that this modern day technology has spawned. Based in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, the freelance film maker Spencer Frost is now a regular on the beach, and his work has been featured all over the internet.

There's just something about watching surfers from the air, maybe it's the crystal blue water around Sydney, or the insane talent this guy snaps on film. Whatever it may be, this surfing showreel is cool. Check it out below.
