A rare strong north wind came. Just after i had acquired some used gear to step down from JP SLW 165. This is the first time i tried the sail, Ezzy Lion 6.5. I only have 460 mast so i stuck it out the top a bit as this sail is 455-458 luff. The fin is Patrick 40cm It did not feel very fast, but it is the fastest i have ever gone and it felt great. On the big SLW i can go faster than the wind. I look forward to a similar sensation on this board, Patrick F-race 120. Very happy to have some new kit to try and that is has worked for me straight away. Oh, the top speed was 24 . something something. I forgot. But really, can't i just round it off and call it mid 20's 🤪
