Just finished watching Bodyguard on Netflix. Has to be one of the best shows on Tv at the moment. Every thing else seems dull after watching this show. (critic speak) " Riveting , must watch"
It keeps popping up at the end after watching anything. From your recommendation I will give it a try.
There's always one in every pack (Don't listen to him peoples He knows that's the wrong Bodyguard) thanks for muddying the water Mark.
C'mon rockmagnet, WA is 25 years behind the east coast and there's no need to call them out on it because it's just unkind. Just smile and wave and say "yep Mark, that's the one, great flick, you'll enjoy it"

Yes but now the whole of WA will think i'm referring to the Kevin Costner movie and miss out on a great show on Netflix. They do get Netflix in WA don't they. OOH! now i'm in trouble.
What, there is more than one Bodyguard?
Apart from the ummm XXX version, which made two.....
Yes yes I know, I saw the ad on Netflix. Just could not resist...

We don't look at really as 25years behind, more a 25 year head start which is almost enough so as not to embarrass the east
Couple more decades of daylight savings and they'll be up to 30 years
What is Netflix?
It's awesome. You select a DVD and they post it out to you. They include a return envelope so you can post it back.

Don't laugh, but I think some of those DVD kiosks do a lot better business than you think, and I would argue that the content is better than Netflix. Netflix has so much b-grade stuff, whereas at least a new release movie is probably okay.
I watched the first episode of 'Bodyguard'. I didn't watch it all the way through as it started getting into the fake drama personal interaction type of stuff which I find too much like a soap opera. Do people actually like that? To me that's a replacement for actual content.
Netflix makes it worse as I fast forward through that stuff and then end up not watching the show anyway.
I see no Brown Arrows.
West Ozzies love it when the Brown Arrows come and f--K Sh-t up. All the kiters go home to bed and watch STAN.
The actual windsurfers stay out with a 3.5M and love getting swatted by the gusts, protected from every hailstorm by their sail.
Honestly, the best time to sail and worth it. Appreciate nature.
Ummmm. I watched the first SE01EP01.
No comment, but seems better that "THE CHASE"

Who's laughing? That was how Netflix used to be. (Quickflix in Australia). It was amazing.
^^^ you just can't beat that
Yeah you can
In the little dips, ya'know those in in the morning where it is yellow or a lower green- that's when you sleep in, have morning sex with a girlfriend 10yrs younger than you, shape a board and then nap before heading to the beach at 2:30pm
Just sayin'.......
Oh yeah but if she sings the bodyguard theme- run man, just run.

Yeah I know, I use to use one. I am not sure it was Netflix though. It was probably Telstra's version of it. You used to select the DVDs you wanted and prioritise them and they would send them out when they became available, and then you mail them back. I think it was Telstra, but it was a while ago.
I was referring more to the DVD kiosks that are often in the front of supermarkets. I was using one in an IGA at Rockingham last season, and I was amazed at how many people come and use it. I guess its easier to just grab a movie instead of downloading it or trying to find it on Netflix. If its good content, it probably won't be on Netflix anyway

Dear Seabreeze book club members,
Ep 1 of Bodyguard spends the first 20 mins establishing that the hero is truly a hero. Then the rest of the episode sets up the females who are going to compete for his attention. I was beginning to think that we had a new ground breaking bit of TV happening here. One where the novel that takes 8 hours to read isn't condensed to a 90 minute telemovie, but takes the full 8 hours to get through.
It takes Ep 2 before the coincidences/plot gets ludicrous enough to promote laughter. Towards the end, it turns out that one of the 40 something women who are fighting over the hero thinks that he's a male stripper in a police uniform that she gas dragged home from a hens' night.
I've decided to call it "Bawdyguard" from now on.
I sat down last night subliminally been told by u lot to watch it full on binged watched on the flix till 2 am worth the watch

I was sort of hoping the woman pushed the button Would have made the program much shorter.
Heck of a risk to take, so I am not sure he is much of a hero. But its only a TV show...

Now I have to watch it to find out what the mystery button is.
Ditto. Solid show. I think I'm at the last episode. 4 stars. Perhaps more.
bit of a BBC does Homeland.
It was getting a bit far fetched that mostly white Christian males were being terrorists. No one was going to buy that premise for a second, except if you live in Melbourne.
But I'm glad I watched it to the end when they brought back to reality
