Back when I was 6 I had photos taken with a Carpet Python.
Come 20 years later, I found one alive on the road. I tried picking it up and moving it to safety.
Don't do that.
Might be mating sseason last night that one inside then this morning nearly ran one over crossing the road.
Last time one was in the computer room just noticed something moving in the corner of my eye and a big feller was coming out of the bookshelf.
I picked this one up to move it off the road.
Was a bugger trying to get it out from under the dash. Ended up having to leave the doors open all night. Was gone in the morning.
Had this guy move through our place years ago, about 5M long. Never saw him again but have had lots of others, this fella was the biggest.

Cruise control?
That olive python was hanging around my house, wanted to make friend?
We picked it up and relocated it close to a water hole.
^^^ is a scrub python or amethystine python. Can eat wallabies, dingoes etc.
Yeh I was a little worried for my young son and cattle dog, no screens house all open. I believe for every snake we see there are a mob more we miss, the buggers blend in so well
Apparently they like a swim!
