In west oz Dave kelly has decided to increase the lobster catch by 17% he reckons it's for the people and all that,,, fisheries has currently entered into a deal with Australis and have already allocated underhanded deals with them.
There is also good reason to believe kelly and his cohorts are getting kickbacks from the Chinese as it is on good word that much of this invented quota has already been consigned to overseas buyers and likely leasers of the new licences being invented.
They can't get the shark thing right, they destroyed the shark fishing industry, they have also destroyed wetlining and now they are trying their hardest to destroy one of the only suistanable fisheries in the world
because Labor needs the coin to claim they were fiscally responsible.
Same as the un-banning of fracking to get more coin for Govt coffers.
