interesting social problem . am i within my rights to attack done that enters my immediate personal space ?

or this situation .... four people paddle out at a secluded break , one has his faithful drone tagging along above him .

if one person decides that the drone is a pain in the ass , and asks the droner to de dronafy himself but he refuses to send drone back to kennel . an argument

emanates . does the droner have the right to take over public air space at will ?

the whole go-pro rush is starting to sh!t me . soon there will be an anti go pro revolution !!!! the next crowd funded peice of hardware should be drone jamers !!!!

Or anti-drone drones, more fun but could get out of hand.
