Why are chupa chups so damned hard to open?

This is actually a very difficult question to answer. One could extend the question to why is everything so damned hard to open these days? You twist the little flap at the end but nothing happens, you try using your teeth but only thin strips tear off. You can smell the strawberry flavour inside but can't get at it. You salivate so much it makes it harder because the dribble makes the wrapper slippery, you try from the bottom of the wrapper only to pull the whole lolly off the stick still securely wrapped. Nightmare.

How would you solve the Arab/ Israeli conflict.

Every young person (male and female) of conscript able age (18 years of age) from both sides must by law, present themselves to the appropriate authorities to be formed up into squads that will be sent into the apposing country's territory. IE Palestinians sent in to Israel and vice versa. There they will be billeted for a period of one year in the homes of the occupying families. They will live, eat, sleep literally with the families of the opposing country. Whilst there, over the period of that year they will help to repair infrastructure, houses, schools hospitals etc. They will help to establish sporting, social groups ,soccer clubs etc with the local school kids. Rationale. Both sides would probably be more reluctant to bomb the crap out of each other knowing that their own children are scattered around the apposing country side. Both sides would grow an awareness of the others culture and beliefs. Both sides would realise that despite the obvious differences, how much they have in common. EG the desire to live in peace and raise a family in a safe wholesome environment free of hate and violence. This will be financed by the UN who realise it is cheaper to do this than to try and repair two war torn countries.

I went in for a recent check-up for some niggles I was feeling. Been having a good run at life so thought nothing of it and that I was going to walk out with a couple exercises and be ready to play my first match of footy after working hard all year to get back after years out of it. Had a surf trip planned at the end of the year.

Needless to say I walked out broken. Have to hang up the boots, surfing/ water sports was advised against. I've got to get scans and don't know what happens from then. Essentially my neck could give at any moment with a knock the wrong way. All the while I have lived life without a thought about it til this date.

Is it better to know or not know and live til it be. What do you think elbeau?

Sorry I missed this one, and it really is a serious question. phenomenological existentialism is a term that is used to describe the phenomena of people la-de-da ing through life with out realising how precious life really is. Then one day they go to the doctor and find out that they have cancer and will probably be dead in six months. As a consequence they often grab hold of life like never before. They sail around the world, or raise millions of dollars for poor kids, or learn how to play jazz guitar etc.. They start to live their life the way it always should have been lived. Considering this, it is easy to think that cancer or similar hardship is actually, to use a cliche, a blessing in disguise. If you see all hardship in this light you probably will then make the right decisions for your future. If you aknowledge this then it probably is better to know.

Insert stick in mouth
Clamp down on the upper part of stick, where wrapper is twisted around, with front teeth.
Turn lollypop (counter to direction of wrapper twisting, sorry I can't recall what direction that may be but I reckon u will get it).

0.5sec opening.

Doesn't every kid do this..?

Who knows? But I'm certainly not going to empower them by asking for their help just after they've fixed the computer.

Why is it wrong of Adam Goode to conduct a 'war dance' in celebration of his goal but alright for soccer players to run about hugging and touching each other on the bottom?
This one is from my dog...I have offered to translate for him...."I have eaten too much this morning and now have a dilemma, the other dog has left a few treats behind in her bowl, I can't possibly fit another thing in and am currently carrying some of the treats in my mouth, running around the house and whimpering in distress as I can't work out where the best place to hide them would be, under the couch cushions, or amongst the pillows in mums bed?? P.S. they are covered in runny raw egg, what do you suggest?" TIA The Dog.

1. At present it is politically correct to allow dark skinned people to do things that white skinned people would be condemned for.
2. After speaking to a local dog I was offered this solution. Let me translate for your dog. Woof, woof woof bark. bark bark.

On a serious note , don't you think that by similar method could we create all physics formulas one day?
Including those undiscovered yet, like theory of everything ?

That what I foresee just a day before just happen,
Computer invented flatworm.
For us practical outcome is that if one day you cut off your member it could regrow thanks to computers (even longer).

It a personal choice. But look what happens when you add a third word to that sentence.

Marmite, vegemite, Yosemite. Mind bending.
