Well not me, it bugs me for some reason, but I bet it annoys this woman a bit more.

Yep, drives me crazy every time I see it.
Imagine what happens if the airbag goes off. Actually, don't need to imagine anymore. The x ray says it all

don't mind feet on the dashboard, its pretty easy to get footprints off the vinyl,

getting footprints off the fabric roof lining however is a lot more difficult, and patching the torn fabric from high heels can be ruddy awkward and time consuming too.
