There is no secret ( just opposite) that China did something nobody did before.Landed splendid space ship and rover on the invisible face of the Moon.

If I had a dream that will be it: Australia changes a mind and instead of welding frigates at the cost of 80 bln, start welding removable houses. The same plant in WA that must weld now iron coffins to be sunk at Chinese see, could weld stainless steel homes, Removable.
To be removed from Perth and Adelaide and transported to the Moon by hired SpaceX.
In my dream developing space technology and becoming center of advanced sciences contribute the same or even more to national safety as sinkable frigates or invisible but detectable fighter planes.
In my dream, we skip costly and hidden in secrecy process of developing rocket technology.
We learned to build all other infrastructure needed to survive and even prosper on a remote planet.
Students from all over the world come to Monash to study, not the cooking classes but extraterrestrial biology, astronomy and space technology. Learn agriculture: how to grow potato on the Mars and Moon, not fried chips and fish at a local bazaar.

Do you believe that?Americans spent trillions of money to plant a flag on the Moon, joy ride vehicle and throw few rockets, make some speeches that come to history as the only legacy.Chinese the next day after arrival starts growing potato and breed animals and other plants!

Didn't they say some like a small step for man ....... and it was about 50 years ago, give em break. You do realise things are bit more technically advance now. Getting to the moon was pretty big in itself back in the sixties. No big deal now. Richie Brams even has plane for commercial space travel. Of course the Chinese have to do something to get people interested and justify the expense. No one would get excited if they pulled out the golf clubs.

Do you realize that if instead of planting American flag, Armstrong plants a tree on the Moon, it could 100 meters toll by now?
Or bring one pair of hamsters, then could be 1 billion hamsters by now jumping on the Moon? If Armstrong could settle with his wife on the MOon their kids would have already offspring and second of the third generation of Lunarians could be born already?Anyway, I wish Chinese the best. If they need more land for their people I love them to occupy Moon rather then incorporating Australia Island under the one-China policy.
