I wonder if old mate has realised that the motor will be dangerous goods (either petrol or battery) and therefore not allowed on anything you are allowed to travel on with a suitcase (even in china)

I'm pretty sure that as long as the electric motor is under the 200watt [soon to be 250watt?] limit, it will be legal on shared pathways and bike paths - and possibly on roads too -same as a regular or electric scooter.

Seriously i did a job at sea forth the house was only 6mths old yet it was 450mm off vertical to the second story.
