Hey Laurie

I reckon it's about time we could subscribe to a thread or be able to get notifications of new post to threads you have already posted to.

WE all like to keep up to date but being a bit time poor and summer coming
It would be good to have this feature.

I have used other forums with this feature and it does make ones life easy (dono bout yours ) to keep an eye on topics of interest.

If you say that you're just gonna get red thumbs.. how it works around here [}:)]

I like whirlpool forums 'watched threads' option, very handy. But then they have far more active threads than here, it's not that hard to find something here..

I agree .. the 'subscribe' is a handy feature, and I've used it in other forums myself. It's on the wish list.

I like to discuss the Aspect Ratio, turning speed, and bottom end of various models. Keeps them confused.

Yeah pretty cool P.R but not a smuch fun as roll pins and e-clips / circlips. Very clever methods of affixing things.

Landyacht, what the hell is 3/4" thread on a land yacht !!????

hey laurie i reckon its about time you and your stingy admin mates donated to "" movember"

before people come to any conclusions about fasteners they should work out the tensile strength and the swl it is to carry

You must be a fitter and turner. In the navy they were called "Cooks". They "fitted" perfectly good food into a pot and "turned" it into crap (for want of a more appropriate word).
