More whales also. Pop Almost collapsed, hunting till early 60's. Female whit needs to be 33 before sexual maturity. Big whites feed an mammals (whales) etc. Now lots of whales. Coincidink?

I also struggle to see the link between cage diving in South Aus and attacks half a country away

One of the Whites tagged in northern NSW earlier in the year has just pinged off the Neptune Islands in SA. Check Dorsal for more info.

Also, I don't think that Whitey would be faring too well, right now. Blood from the gills is never good from a big shark. Surprised the greenies didn't pipe up about that. Then again, most of them probably wouldn't know anything about the subject they're 'protecting'.

No, nor would they know anything about their jag they drive around Claremont everyday either (the real greenies, the ones that have influence).

You're missing the point. We're not arguing that the 'cage diving' Whites are gonna stay in the Neptunes/not venture close to shore. We're saying that shore attacks, no matter how close or far from the Neptunes, have absolutely nothing to do with cage diving, as they're presenting the shark/s with a completely different set of circumstances.

Sharks from neptune island swim all the way up and down the coast of Aus. Two seperate groups, the sharks that swim the wa coast, never cross and swim up the Eastern coast. Vis a versa. But my point is why do they wait until they get to Ballina or Perth to attack a human..What correlation is their, why not swim 19 miles to the coast of SA and attack..

Have you tasted our drinking water? Considering the human body is 70%? water fluid then its common sense that South Aussies must taste and smell different.

Or is it all the herbal medicines ( ) that you guys indulge in up that way and the shark also likes to indulge in alternative medicines
