I have an munted eye infection now Went to hospital and they put dye in it to see if crap was in there and it was clean. (first one since I can remember) Not sure if its related but went swimming/snorkeling (45 min)At the southern end of garden island. I didn't wear foggle so I was clearing my mask out regularly about 2-3 days ago when I posted last comment.
Alge might still be on the surface and cause irritation?

scientist and marine biologist did so they have a job,
same as shark research = more jobs.
if they're not doing that, scientist marine biologist work for mining companies selling the story their companies are not polluting the environment.

now if thats not a good conspiracy theory
its probably true.

There saying a growth from warmer water temps. Id say the area is under stress from many levels. The sound is shallow waters so water temps are higher, the De sal unit pumps warm water back into the sound, i cant imagine that would help, the grain spill maybe was also a small contributor plus what other chemicals get dumped by the navy and the commercial industry scattered along the banks.

For me I'm curious to know what feeds the snapper? When reports of penguins that have died due to starvation, could the feed for the snapper be also running a little low? We have huge numbers spawning and their has been an obvious increase in demersal fish over the last few years, could a lack of food be also partially to blame

Raw sewage leaked into the sound in September..

davidfullards.wixsite.com/cnnireport

But hey whats 30000 litres of untreated waste water, id suggest their is a very good reason to have a rally about the health of the Sound..
Water temps from de sal, grain spills, sewage spills, when will anyone be held responsible for the health of the sound But then again if the government think no one cares then it will be business as usual..

^^ Yes now there is a reason for the rally, we have a cause - namely algal bloom caused by a human error

The company should be fined heavily by the EPA and the rally can call for that to occur.

The specialist said my jizz eyes wasn't from cock burn as it would of effected both eyes. Check out mr ChopChop smelling the dead snapper . I was under the impression sharks didn't hang around weed bank.

The Penguins had their chance last season, classic case of a team of champions doesn't make a champion team
