The right half of any pictures/videos get cut off in line with the text-box for "email". Only happens on my PC at home. I am a numpty.

How do I fix this?
There u go mate fixed it 4 u.
Google is taking over the word so just give in now and use chrome.
www.google.com/chrome/
i personal don't like chrome (i'm a fire fox man) but it is the best.
I guess I really worry about privacy stuff, and don't trust google.
A company which makes all of its money from selling information about your browsing habits, and then gives you free browsing software - I don't think so!
Microsoft is not exactly anyone's friend either, but at least they make money by selling you stuff, so you have some power in the relationship.
There is no such thing as a free lunch.
The point of my initial post was not to go on a rant against google though. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me where my settings are going wrong
(interestingly I am writing this using google chrome, and the spellchecker doesn't like "google". Perhaps it's a microsoft dictionary)
^^ So why are you on Chrome and not Firefox?
GreenWife used to work in a Mozilla office and I used to go there for Friday drinks. Apart from being a fascinating office I could also tell they are pretty serious about their core values: www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/manifesto/
You're right about the free lunch, and the irony is that their funding was mostly from Google for it being their default search engine, but with the changes to that in their last couple of versions I'm not sure how it's going to work now. I could Google it I suppose...

Seems Mozilla doesn't like Google either.

following the advice from westozwind and captain loopy
Weird - I tried IE and all looks fine, but that's the thing with IE .. they change so much between versions that each version renders a little differently, and web developers end up chasing their tale trying to get it to work with all versions of IE, and other browsers.
Chrome / Firefox are my preferred browsers...

Must drive you crazy. been happening for about 3 months. Thanks anyway
IE is dependent on versions of windows used. Older versions seem to require older versions of IE.
Yuur version of IE might not work with version of windows. IE crashes for me whole time at home. Same at work and that is a ubeaut corporate environment.
Firefox and Chrome are better IMHO.
