Yes a couple of runs. Does as it says in the blurb.
Feels fast for a big cruiser wing and carves very well. Built is excellent with the new fuselage and mast.

He was buzzing around like a bee on that thing!
Never seen him trek so far so quickly...
Be cool to see that GPS squiggle Robbie.... what was your top speed?!

... hey Fun,

Not too many squiggles yet, more like lots of straight lines.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the thing was, my overall session speed was higher than usual, compared to other foils I've used so far, and I got it up to 24 knots with relative ease before I chickened out considering the bumpy swell we had.

It felt not as good upwind as the Speedster but I'm wondering if it was because I was relatively slower on the Speedster so could pinch up wind just that bit more, dunno, not sure on that one yet.

No contest downwind, the glide and stability is far better on the Carve than the speedster but take that with a grain of salt too as its early days for me, plus I have everything settings/adjustment wise in the middle so tweaking it may give me more and less performances I prefer.

When I've had some more time on it I'll write some of my opinions, from a newbies perspective of course, but so far so good.

Cheers,

Robbie

ps have a ride, see what ya reckon!

Did you Play with the shinns? How do I have to put them in between the fuselage and the rearwing, with the number (for example -0,25) directed to the wing or the fuselage, does this make a difference? BTW, Idon't see much difference in the size of the four shinns. I tried the -0,25 and it felt Pretty good while riding, but waterstarting was Kind of strange. Maybe also because there was not much wind...? Could you write your experiences?
