Is everything backwards compatible to the 2018 gear?

I note that the wings are now a carbon/glass and foam composite as opposed to solid carbon/glass last year. do you anticipate a trade off in durability for increased performance?

Pretty much all backwards compatible. 2018 wings will fit 2019 fuselage etc.
Only time will tell on the durability but the new wings are a lot lighter.
