Full thickness split right under footpad 1/3 width of board. Should i just toss it in the bin or will a repair hold up to boosting and/ or just cruising around in chop?
I have others but the boss wont let me buy a new board for a while and this was my favourite for powered riding.
I think it's gone....... probably still rideable but will feel spongey and pop will begin to deminish
It can be fixed by grinding back and slapping some carbon on it. But it will be a lot stiffer than before.
Speak to Ben at Unidrive, he repaired my snapped carbon fibre Axis Limited at both ends and rides and feels like new!Look him up on facebook, Unidrive boards, and shoot him a message, he is a local south east melbourne guy!

Hey Joel,
can u give me an idea of how much that was to repair? pm me if u like...
I have the same board with the same problem and just can't bring myself to throw it out
These are the only ones I have to worry about. I dont often go out too deep and we dont get many maneaters in the bay. Thanks for the feedback and advice.
