Every one talks how the Athletes need to be a good ambassador for a brand !!!
But what about the dealers ????
I know lots of people in Sydney that dont buy a specific brand just because they dont like the dealers .
There are cases that people changed brands
That iS something the brands should think about

In the past I observed people changing brands due to less than sufficient warranty service, not dealers.

Not sure what your trying to do or trying to say Leo...For us the dealers are the lifeblood of our brand.
-They are active on the local beaches.
-Promote our brands and work out what products work for each customer.
-Majority of the time have schools that are key to getting new people into the sport.
-And most of all deal with customer issues.
Maybe the issue with dealers are you and your mates and not the dealers themselves.

I saw some one buy a 17m kite, went out in 2-3 meter waves in 10-12 knots,
dumped the kite in the water in massive waves when he went faster than the wind on a wave,
didn't release the kite, ripped the kite when 10 tons of water hit the kite while he acted as an anchor and washed into the beach,
blamed the dealer for selling a kite that ripped in the waves. Wonder who was to blame here....

Red thumbs for Brazilnuts for calling out bad dealers.

It seams the bad dealers and their minions don't like to be called out........

Must say, although Leo is indeed a wanker. His posts do liven up a usually pretty dull forum.

They are definitely the best read on here atm. He's creating his own brazilian kiting storm. How good is that! I'm just hoping we can get some redemption at pipe despite Micks draw.
