Kiteboarding was invented by North (they told us so in that book), thus by virtue alone it would be impossible for the all mighty creator to copy anything.

No where does it say North invented kite boarding/surfing.

The first ever people to have thought of using wind power, a kite and as a means of transport were the Chinese back in the 12th century.

It all came from there.

Most recently, Waiman and Wipika were the first manufacturers. North... where is that!?

Books. They have no legitimacy compared to the facts on the interweb.

The problem I have with foils is that they are just plain ugly compared to LE kites. It will be unfortunate if they start winning races.

Plummet's on the right track - they are Elf kites, made for North riders at their request.

It's their Joker-5 model

Elf hasn't been taken over though

I saw two Elf kites today post Kite Foil Gold Cup in Townsville.

..
..

WOW wowzers!!! They are amazing!

Unfortunately priced as high as a Chrono though. Put Flysurfer to shame.

One of the Foil Cup competitors was riding the joker 4 15mt. It was very impressive. He did some very high jumps. Higher than those on LEI. Did some nice tricks and the winds were nudging on 12knots. I am sure that kite would handle anything above 7 knots, or less!

I hope the guys will still be here by Sunday and get a closer look.

But can kite all day in comfort
