Good News: We are doing well and looks like we are about to reach our $2500 new target!!

And I know that there is no "I" in team BUT we could really do with more of you guys fundraising up to (and beyond) this Sunday's charity downwinder.

So please go to: www.everydayhero.com/au/
And click on Joint This Team (or just Donate if you prefer).

Another reason to join the team, apart from helping kids with Cancer through Red Kite of course, is:

"...for the team that raises the most funds, Lemons Cafes have donated a substantial meal voucher to feed the hungry masses" - check out this WAKSA post for details! www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Kitesurfing/General/WAKSA-Charity-Downwinder-27th-Nov-2011/

Shan.

BTW, your donation does not go under my name. This is the Scarb kiters site and it goes under the team.

You can of course set up your own site as a team member and have both the individual tally from your own efforts and contribute to our team tally too (as I have done).

For this, click on Join This Team

Ta!

Ok ,Ok stop nagging.

Seriously . This has been on the back of my mind and you just gave me the bump I needed.

My old man died of cancer and when he was in having the tumor removed from his brain for the second time both he, and the rest of our family were shocked at the sight of these poor kids. Dressed in gowns, with drips and shaved heads revealling the scars of their surgeries. Cancer is massively cruel at any age but for kids who have barely lived and are too young to understand whats happening it is particularly so. What a worthy charity.

I can't do the Redkite downwinder as I am away at work. Its killing me looking at the bloody graphs. I could'nt help but think..

"geez what I would pay to do that right now.I soooo need a kite."

Then I looked at your Redkite everyday hero site and seen that the guys doing the downwinder have already raised $2626.00

What an awesome effort!!!

After work I will stump in for $374.00 and make it a nice, even, 3 grand.

Somebody please smash a few waves for me!!

Come on all the other guys stuck in bloody minesites and rigs around the place.

Invest in some wind Karma for when you get back!!!!
