Heading to Green Island on Sunday - Locals get a 50% discount on the transfer Whoop Whoop.

On a side note - is there any restricted area you cant kite / or best area??

the lagoon to the right of the pier is good at high tide, but you might need someone to launch and land you. form memory there is very little beach on that side...

Ash I think there might be a couple of regular windsurfers there Sunday, say hi and ask them, I'm working.
Looking at the tides kite anywhere at first but I'd go the east side, we bail from the east side at about a 1.6 tide which will be around 1pm and dropping. When it's too shallow for you there go out the front between the hire and east point.
Remember there will be a mongrel wind shadow so launch near the eastern end of the beach.
The windsurfers speed sail there and have done over 40 knots on their eastern run so keep an eye out for them, friendly bunch, have fun.
