Ouch, that wasn't coming out in a hurry.
Was it intentional on the fishermans' behalf?

Here's a guy who sticks em in on purpose, so he show how to pull them out ...

I copped the same thing early this year.....pulled it out....had a great kite sesh then went straight to hospital for a tetanus shot.

I recommend you get the jab too ( if you haven't already )

Yeh, the kiter went on a couple of long runs before going deep, did a few jumps trying to spit the hook , got him to the side of the boat then gaffed him aboard, we tagged him with a waksa tag then released him on his metro downwinders
