I don't know if this is allowed on the forum and please feel free to yell, scream, tell me how to do this appropriately.

I have recently acquired a beach house in Jervis Bay directly opposite the launch site on Collingwood Beach. There is a link below to the url for the house (just cut and paste into your browser):

http://www.stayz.com.au/33881?checkin=16%2F09%2F2013&numNights=4&minPrice=&maxPrice=&numGuests=1&searchRef-specialOffers=false&searchRef-lastMinDeals=false&acceptsOnlinePayment=false&locationLevel

I have arranged with the agent to provide a 20% discount to anyone who wishes to stay there who is a Seabreeze member.(March 1 - December 15) Just mention to the agent when booking you saw the house on Seabreeze.

Jervis Bay is well known for its consistent NE sea breeze during the spring and summer months.

It is a great location and a fantastic kiting spot.

Enjoy it as we do.

Ha! So you bought the house. I park my car in front of your house whenever I kite. I only live two blocks away from there but I carry more kites and boards than I can walk with. Hope you are nicer then the last guy who owned it, he would get cranky when people rolled up their kites on grass, which is part of the counsel owned nature strip. He had the hide to go off at one of the kiters doing just that, who happened to be a counsel inspector.
Good group of people there, make sure you introduce yourself when you are in town.

Being a kiter myself I don't think I will have a problem with that....just need to be mindful and courteous of tenants. I have met quite a few of the Jervis Bay crew at the ned of last summer.....great bunch of guys and gals I look forward to spending more time in the community.

Every one of the locals there are respectful and kind. Cant answer for the visitors we get, but we still smile at visiting kiters and chat with them about our venue. Show respect, get respect...
Look forward to seeing you on the water.
