Hey guys,

Just made this little instructional on popping. The concept is that aside from angle of the board the actual technique stays constant through all flat water tricks. Start with hooked in pops with your kite at 45, small sent jumps etc and then progress on to the raley and other unhooked tricks and kiteloops. Hope you enjoy. Cheers.

Hey nice video. Thanks for making. But why stamp it with Cabrinha on the front? A bit of a shameless plug ay? ;)

The trick I find is twisting without strangling the kite bar and hence accidentally diving the kite into the water.

I sure would love to practice this. If I had more then 10 knots.
Also what's the name of the song?

The point of stamping Cabrinha is to acknowledge the brands that support me. Very common practice and in no way shameless.
The concept of this video is to use this pop with all flat water tricks. I will do another video on controlling your kite during rotations and passes.

Nice tips Elliot and nice riding (and landing) in the choppy water of Sydney. I'll only give you props because you are with KP, Cabrinha and from Ontario Canada too!

Beats me how two blokes from Ontario Canada can swim, let alone kite?!

Great clip and inspiring tricks. Looking forward to future instalments of how to clips Elliot.

Thanks buddy.
