hey lofty i have just had new new lines professionally fixed and while i was helping i noticed how they put a new sleeved loop on
first you will probably have to cut the lines to the are all the same length and then put a new sleeves (white line through the colored line) on all the lines and then loop them round on themselves and sew the loop together.. hope that makes sense.
kind of like this but sewn at the end instead of tying knots.. hope this helps
What he said - resleeve them or better yet throw them out and get a new set. They look ancient...
Make sure the lines are weighted when you mark them for cutting.
Oh rather than throw them out, make extensions out of them...

Just take them to your local repairer and reduce all approx 100mm and resleve them, you'll not notice the difference with a small reduction of length, a decent quality set of lines can cost $150 plus,
Yeah I got em repaired as per the first video. I'll have to invest on a sewing machine I think.
Thanks for the advice.
