Important SunSmart Kitestock 2015 Announcements!!

Hi Everyone,

Only just over one month to go until SunSmart Kitestock 2015!! We will be strongly promoting the SunSmart message this year due to our partnership with Healthway and SunSmart and will be encouraging everybody to Slip Slop Slap Seek and Slide throughout the event. Free sunscreen and water will be provided plus plenty of shade for everyone when not kiting.

Tickets sales have been great so far however if you are considering going in the epic downwinder (28km of stunning coastline limited to only 50 kiters!!) you will have to get in quick as spots will fill up on the bus. Alty Frisby reckons nobody will beat him back to the surf club this year...(or we just made that up...!!)

Keep a close eye on this thread as we start to announce the major sponsors, demo gear available, event program, etc. at SunSmart Kitestock 2015.

Really happy to announce Airborne Kitesurfing is on board again for Kitestock!! Airborne have supported Kitestock for each of the 10 years which is an unbelievable effort and something WAKSA is extremely appreciative of. Thanks to Ian, Will and the team at Airbourne!!
This year Airbourne will once again be providing some of the clinics for the punters. Intermediate kite surfers have one hour on the Friday and Saturday before all the events kick off to come down and get some help on the following;

Race: Introduction to racing tips
Wave: Tips and advice to get the most out of your wave riding
