This weekend's Gold Coast KITEjAM has a record number of entrants, all ready for one of the "FUNNEST" events ever staged. Teams of 4 mates from all over Australia, teaming up with their favourite Shop, and chasing the CASH prizes, are going to converge at Main Beach for a spectacle not to be missed. As well as Teams vying for a WIN, there is also the 1st 2nd and 3rd to be decided in four Divisions, (Open, Master 35+, Women & Under 18) in Freestyle/Waves, to take out more cash and the converted Cabrinha Kitejam Awards.

The popularity of the KITEjAM also pivots on it's mission statement " We are bringing a KITEBOARDING COMMUNITY together, to hang out with ya mates, meet new friends and finally catch up with those you see on Social Media & elsewhere, face to face!" said David De Witt Events Manager.
" Kite one day or all Four" is the 'Jam' format, you pick and you are scored for each session. The highest session score is the one submitted for each kiter. Wind is already predicted (over 30 knots on one arfy!) and with a SUP Jam happening for kiters in the mornings, the stage is set!
