Some awesome picks.

I have a question.

Why are the pic's always taken when the wave is all but burnt out?
In other words why aren't there any shots of you guys in the middle of the break as it starts to break?
Can't get the camera close enough?
The wave closes out?

I'm just wondering. Seems like the camera is missing the biggest sections.

Any way it looks like a nice cross off left.

Nice.

I'm heading to mana island at the start of sept. I wonder how easy it is to do a trip out to cloudbreak?

The boat sits in the channel half way up the wave. At the bottom the camera is to far away. The shots smacking the lip at the best part of the wave are often from behind the wave and don't look as good as you cant see the size of the wave. The best shots are from in the water but the current pushes hard into the channel. The wind is actually slightly cross on. The wave moving forward throwing spray off the back makes it look cross off.

Nice photos mate^^^.
Do the boats from the islands and mainland wait in the channel for the surfers while they are having a session?
