Copy and paste local crap. Someone tried the same thing here mocking up no camping signs with the local council logo. Don't necessarily disagree with the sentiment but if it's legit someone needs to go back to grade 4 English class

Umm no ! That sign has correct grammar and states the beach is closed. Not just for locals only like the first amateur effort, so my first point still stands.
I'd be careful about using grammar as a pointer to whether or not a sign came from a council, or not, as a surety.
That's so funny. The council thinks it has the legal power to control movement now, or a dodgy fake sign.
