Hey guys, had a problem with my north navigator bar recently. Wondering if anyone can help out with info or a fix?

I released on to the safety after a minor bridle tangle and the bar moved up on the safety line too far. It seems the "power ball" got pushed over the join in the line midway up. As well as the little plastic cylinder that is supposed to stop it. Thre was then no way to get the power ball back where it needed to be without undoing the whole line and refeeding it through. During this process i lost the little cylinder, though it seems to give no purpose anyway?

North have not been helpful and have told me to buy new power balls, though this doesn't include the cylinder piece. Im also not convinced this wont just happen again next time?

Pic for visual details to cover my poor explanation.

Cheers

It's a little hard to know from the pics but if the stopper traveled past the knot the stopper probably had an enlarged hole. You could possibly utilize a mini stainless steel ring (flysurfer style) in the appropriate position to negate further issues (I think)
