This video was odd in my opinion. I think it missed quite a bit of info and made some people look far more relevant than they actually were/ are... that's life I guess .

Exactly Dave.

Redbull paints a picture like their event created kiteboarding and created kiteboardings "stars", when in reality it was nothing close to that and never will/ would be. That's just one of the issues I see with this video alongside the blatant fact that they pretty much totally bi-passed giving proper credit to the people with real talent back then, instead choosing to focus on a few guys doing a few twirly whirlys or table tops hooked-in... Red thumb away, but that's the truth of it.

As pointed out though, it's not surprising at all given the people involed who made the video.

p.s. If anyone wants to know what was going on back then find yourselves copies of Powerzone 1, Powerzone 2, Awake, etc... that paints the real picture.
