I'm with you guys,
There are lots of independant designers like MOMI, EH and Hansen that go around designing kites for other company's.
All he has to do is choose his prefered designer and tweak to suite.
My second option would be either Blade kites or even Griffin being Ozzie and all.

Aloha everyone, It is with a bit of sadness that I am writing you today. I will no longer be a part of the Vari kites team. My time has run its course and I have decided to move on and explore other opportunities. The last several years have been fun and I enjoyed meeting and working with all of you. The company is doing well and is looking into the future.

There is just so many kite brands around at the moment, saturation of the market? Good luck to Ben which ever direction he heads, super nice guy and very down to earth.

Nah, you all have it wrong.
He got cut when Slingy wouldn't release the Go Joe, So now he has changed to Ocean Rodeo and is working on a new line of "trendy" Go Joe's for unstrapped surfboard use.
Surely not Cabrinha, having said that though we just had our local pro go from North to Cab and now he won't even talk to you unless you call him Dre!
I heard he got kicked out of Slingshot for costing them too much money by trashing too many kites in the silly sized surf he likes riding in.
I can confirm his new kite brand will be called BWS, but it does not stand for "Ben Wilson Surf" but "Beer, Wine and Spirits!"

He is starting his own S&M/ fetish company and running training camps. First camp is concentrating on how to pee on someone's face.

Naish for sure, in his last 2 videos he has been travling around with Ian Allderage and Reo Stevens who are Naish's most popular wave riders soo thats my guess
Ben should show up some time in July for his wave camp....
Then for sure I will see what kite he is using!
