First kite at home since bali 3 weeks ago, from boardshorts to a 5/4 wetty, boots and hood, cold 6-10c, water was warmer at 13.2c, gusty but fun, plenty of swell and first session with a new (v8) 9 edge

Check out the temps at 1230 brrrrrrrrrrr

First kite in a while (new baby), but got out at Point Walter / Attadale dog beach on Sunday morning. Wind was from 12 to 20 knots (I.e. Gusty) but it was warm at least.

I thought his post reference was mostly about how cold it was with one ref to it being gusty so pic could be in lull.

nothing holding yr kite there with all that wind seems a little suss .

Light SSW out Canton (Toukley NSW) on Sunday. 14-18 knots pretty cold over here lately but been getting much more regular breeze than early winter.

Me on the outside blue Zephyr

Nah, we never see your boy ! He's still mucking about with bikes and stuff. Not settling down that lad.
Need to get on his case.

If it's a hat it's probably James. He needs firm guidance also.

Melville water, Swan River, Perth

A steady breeze in the low teens was just what the doctor ordered for this foiling noob. I had my most successful foil session so far and get this- I actually made it back to the beach without having to self rescue from way out in the middle of the river!!! Good times!!
