As the beach bitch dad of a young local kiter and anyone else around that is happy for some onshore support.
Over the last year I've picked up that a very fragmented group exists, yea not the same time suits evervbody and no crew required, etc, etc.
If it suits you to be out solo fair enough, should any one around here like mix to up some colour and fly as a flock, make some contact back, could have more days at conway like 6/8 weeks ago obout 10 kiters out useing the same short streach of water, close sailing.
So if ya not i'm alright mate it would be good to hear back and cure the epoxy!!!!
fk yea some bevvy on the beach, waited a few days to view response, as you do for heuy, interesting no W/S response, go get a bus up ya bevvy boy, i built his buggy and have walked our beach NSEW ,the tide goes out far enough for the uneducated.. to get all points. over 4/5 years includeing his last one on the water. To this boy's credit he has also given a taste of power kites to kid's and adults.
i'm there to give anyone a launch or land...board swap, try work out wtf do want.. Fk aye, iv'e seeen doodle heads and spurts, good to have on shore support, try landing a kite for a doodle that won't give you some slack when you have a hold.
Iv'e been reading with intrest the colision thread i can't beleive that navigation rules aren't so hard to folow on collision/passing, kite height. etc, ?? lack of respect, have sailed on the same start line mono and multi. without incdent, maybe kiters dont see there self as a vessel.??multi's have that O **** hello, change course !!!
So to All you dumb ass kiters out there don't think the beach bitch is there to make you look good amongst your peers, what job do you want done, this BB is there as back up in doing self launch and land practice,(really how many are out there that the basics ) give off the beach feedback, no being a competing prick dad i choose to give support and let youth be my guide with a bit of parental care!!
It's good to give that feeling of wisdom away, give it up and trust the outcome have lunch and some beer. YEA yea the lines are blured look between them
Cheers
Whitsunday sub-dialect of the forgotten boonali language, if you go on holiday up there make sure you take nvs180 as a translator.
Yea Dave, got the drift, i'm not the dad dragging the kid along because i wan't him to be like me, well we do both sail kiting is his game...different vessels. haven't had a pipe for a while RPM but a beer and a bong in the morning (Cheryl Crow) ? lines in place to assist launch or stand by for self launch, on ya way. No tangles controled launch. To those out there that can't read between the lines, think obout the non kiting support , i have had very experienced kiters happy to have a hand. Don't forget the eye out for dogey characters that could stuff your whole day.
Support the ground staff.
hope i got spelling and puntuation rite for the anal, not my best point, give a go at re-cycle on on a old wave board, put your hands where your mouth is
cheers to you all even though most were from WA..??
