I am a bit concerned about this guy selling old unsafe kites and gear claiming they are worth thousands. looking at his feedback looks like he has burnt a few people, yet the punters still bid thinking they are getting some bargainwww.ebay.com.au/itm/Huge-Kitesurfing-Kite-BUNDLE-Cabrinha-12m-KITE-BOARD-ACCESS-/281485164874?pt=AU_Sport_Surfing&hash=item4189d2c14ahttp://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=sotceepahn&myworld=true&items=25&iid=-1&de=off&which=negative&interval=365
Have you approached him directly with a message to voice your concerns and included Karrma in the context of it?
if people are dumb enough to bid on that crap, especially with his poor feedback, then why does it concern you? There is one born every minute, leave them to it.....

I have tried to report him on ebay but theoretically he is not doing anything wrong. You can try approaching him as he doesn't look like someone who will hold back with four letter words judging by the amount of BS he uses.
The only thing you can do to stop him is outbid all the others with a $5000 bid and not pay based on false/misleading item description.
I have put it here as a heads up to people who may not know what they are doing, but you can't help it some people will always get ripped off no matter how many warning signs there are. Just look at Melbourne Cup.
Have a look at the foot straps on the board in the add, one strap is facing the wrong way.... Don't think this guy is even a Kiter......

he's probably a hard rubbish reseller
Meh. Whether it's a dangerous kite or not is up to the owner and how they know kites! The ad is misleading with his quote of what they're worth, but I've had a CO2 and they are fine kites in the right hands.
