If you go for a slightly larger wing you can ridge soar it and stay up. No need for mountains, snow or skis.
You can pull some serious high-G turns and swoops.
You have to be a licenced paraglider pilot and all that and the winds needed do overlap the bottom end of kiteboarding strength so there is a conflict there.
Look at the Nova Ibex, Gin Bobcat in the larger sizes (or Yeti in the smaller), Aerodyne Feex or Little Cloud wings.
