there is a kite shop in qld that organises trips to mauritus in july/aug every year , i have forgotten their name and details , anyone have them, they were on kiteboarder on fox and also interviwed in some of the mags etc with good reports ?.

Yep we are the one's responsible for the Mauritius trips - they are open for bookings, and looking popular with strong bookings already.
Basic deal is $1900 for 2 weeks includes accom, group share car hire, pro photography, boat support, progression clinics, and local knowledge / organised fun nights.
Doesn't include food, alcohol, paid lessons, flights (currently $1472 from melbourne / sydney) or fuel for cars on island.
Destination is sick! awesome big shallow lagoon with fringing reef of left and hand waves on varying angles, speed, size and intensity. All this from one beach area. something for everyone.
Wind is statistically 80% of days over 14knots. Mornings are often filled with surfing perfect waves, afternoons kiting them.
