Hey guys,

Looking at taking kite gear while traveling though northern Spain into Portugal and then southern Spain.

Tossing up weather to take two kites 8m and 11m or just the one.

The first two weeks ill be in northern Spain/ Portugal and will be looking to kite as much as I can. then the second two ill be doing more touristy stuff on the southern end of the peninsular with the opportunity to kite a couple of times if its on.

What do you guys recon?

Thanks

Hi! I'm in Barcelona right now. Wind gets up to 18kts on some afternoons. Of course kiting is banned on the beaches around here in summer anyway, unless you go 2 hours away.

There' was a kite comp on a Tarifa on the weekend but looking at the pics there's few white caps and most of them seem to be on foils,if that tells you anything.

I'm leaving to san sebasian on Friday, and next week will be travelling across northern Spain and into Portugal. Hoping to be in Algarve (Rio Alvor) the week after where it's supposedly (hopefully) windier. Depending on your weight I would say you prob won't get much use out of an 8m
