My Comments: flew new switchblade on sunday in nnw front, was comparing it to a 2011 model. The first thing you notice is the bar pressure, its considerably lighter, better in my opinion, probably 20% lighter. The turning speed has definitely increased, very similar to the nomad, compared it on the beach to 2012 nomad very similar in shape, bridle etc.
Seemed to have less grunt than the 2011, however it might be to do with where I was flying it in the window, think it flies a little lower than previous model

Playing around in the waves I immediately noticed that it drifted very well, didn't drop out of the sky when slack lines, the de power toggles a vast improvement, easy to grab/find, bar quality is great, swivel/safety are very well designed

For my first session on it I could really see and feel the improvements on the previous model
As a general all round kite they seem to have made a great product

Think the upgrade will be on the cards
