Had this 12v pump for about a year. just the connect to car battery type.
got a broken cordless power tool and dissected the part the connects to battery, connected it to pump.
battery is 18v but after a year no indication of a problem pumping up a kite. I have a kit of these tools and batteries so always a charged battery to use. And 1x 4ah battery might get about 6+ inflates. weight is down from the chargeable versions and it fits in bag with kite. In fact I usually have it and kite and bar and harness in the bag. Foil over shoulder using bag shoulder strap as pad for foil. Then off through whatever dunes the adventure takes me.
anyway if you've got the inclination then this might work for you.
