Lower Lakes and River Murray hazards

So with the Clayton Bay regulator built and pumping from Lake Alexandrina, the Goolwa-Clayton Channel has water in it again.

This means that many of the river hazards that were once high and dry are now becoming submerged again, many of which are extremely dangerous.

Here's the story of a quad biker who ran into a fence and almost got decapitated. That fence is probably just below the surface.
