This is partially true, Nationals start tomorrow and will run through to Sunday, BUT are not in St Kilda, they are being run out of Brighton Yacht Club, with the freestyle part being held at the beach you may know as "dog beach".
Get down there its set to be a pretty great event, and a pretty epic spot for viewing!
By the look of the forecast they would want to get as much as possible in today, rest of the week doesn't look so good
Is there a timetable or something? Or is it safe to say there will be something going on 1pm - 3pm today?
Yeah, I got there about midday, it was good for an hour or so and then it got a bit flakey.
It was well set up, a great spot for it, pity we can't kite there all the time.
