We have entries coming in, remember the early cut off date is 23/3/14. Would be good to see this supported by all ABA clubs. On Saturday we sailed at Waratah Bay on a windward/leeward course with upwind tack lengths approaching 150 m in length. Was an awesome day!

Hi everyone the end for early entry date was yesterday. Late entries will now be taken until 3/4/14 5pm. There will be no entries after this date.

Just a note for sailing on the beach, remember to wear good eye protection as sand is horrid when it gets in your eyes. Sailing just behind someone or even on the wet sand on your own, it can get thrown up into your face. If the wind is up it can pick up dry sand and throw it at you as well.

See you all there!

What a great extended weekend of sailing and racing on the wide beac h of Waratah Bay. Saturday and Sunday saw the Victorian Blokart Open Championships done and dusted. Over the two days we had thirty-two races run, sixteen in each division. The racing was close and spectacular. On Sunday the TV crew from 'Coast-Australia' were there to film the event, get interviews from competitors and spectators, as well as the compere getting in a kart and completing a race. The off course activities were just as good with everyone getting involved. Thankyou to everyone who was involved in making this a fantastic event.

Below are the overall race results.
